BASIC RULES

• • Pets are allowed in the camping area, in some glamping accommodations, and in the cabins. They must be supervised at all times, with a maximum of two per stay, and must have all relevant vaccinations.
  • The persons inscribed in the campsite zone can’t use accommodations or their materials (incluiding terraces).
  • They are not permitted visits without prior authoritation.
  • The arrival time with vehicle is subject to the campsite’s schedule.

ENTRY AND EXIT TIMES

• The arrival time in the accommodation will be between 16:00 and 21:00 hours (in the arrival day).
• The departure day will abandone between 8:30 and 12:00 hours.

PAYMENT METHODS

• 40% When formalized reserve (in concept of deposit).
• 60% In cash the arrival day with the key hand-over (credit or debit cards are not admitted, only cash.)

RESERVES

• The reservs will realize by phone at +34 982 124 451.

CANCELLATIONS:

• 95% return with advise a month before the arrival date
• 50% return with advise between 15 and 30 days before
• Less than 15 days of advise will not have return of anticipated price
